I'd love to hear what you think. Email me directly and let me know.

Today's issue is about circles and how they can be healing and helpful to finding peace and calm within both on and off our mat. Read on for:

  • my first pottery experience and what it taught me
  • the circles that show up in yoga and why they are important
  • monthly mantra
  • my latest offerings
  • simple, but wise words
  • ask me anything β€” NEW!
  • my recommendations β€”Β NEW!

Off the Mat: The Power of the Wheel

My first foray into this ancient art form that allows one to create both works of art and function, I awakened my senses in ways unexpected.

On the Mat: Circles of Yoga

The circle or wheel has a significant symbolic and practical connection to yoga. Just as the breath flows in a continuous circular motion, circles are represented in yoga props, poses, sequences, and philosophical teachings.

Monthly Mantra

I embrace and learn from the circles that are within and around me.

A Journey Inward

A Journey Inward is a 5-week program that will help you unlock, reveal, and plan the next phase of your life.

Using tools like yoga, meditation, and journaling and pairing them with private coaching and a supportive community, you will create space to envision the path you are meant to pursue, create a roadmap to make your dreams a reality and start living life for you.

Wise Words

β€œ
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
