Letting Go Can Lead to a Better Life 🪶

Happy Wednesday Reader!

I hope you are well!

Today's issue is about how letting go both physically and emotionally can create space for what's most important and help unveil a sense of peace and joy both on and off your mat. Read on for:

  • how uncluttering can create a sense of calm and uncover cherished, joyful memories
  • how letting go can change your life
  • monthly mantra
  • my latest offerings
  • simple, but wise words
  • ask me anything — NEW!
  • my recommendations — NEW!

Off the Mat: The Gift of De-Cluttering and Uncovering Memories

Long on my list of projects has been to clean out my home office. It’s been an organized disaster for a long time and once the New Year hit, I made it my mission to make it a place where I wanted to write, read, pay bills, and do whatever else may come along.

I cleaned out old files and shredded so many documents the circuit blew more times than I can count.

On the Mat: Let Go of What No Longer Serves You

“Let go of what no longer serves you.” This is a well-worn saying by yoga teachers that may seem trivial and over-used and thus lacking true meaning. Yet, while common, it can be life-changing.

Before I started teaching yoga, I had a career in the non-profit world. I worked in development, raising money by writing grants and working with individual donors interested in supporting the non-profit organizations for whom I worked.

Monthly Mantra

I will be honest with myself and let go of what no longer serves me.
